Purpose Pet Food Affiliate Program Agreement
Effective Date: April 10, 2024
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Purpose Pet Food ("Purpose"), a company dedicated to setting a new standard of quality in the pet food industry, and the individual or entity applying to become an affiliate ("Affiliate").
1. Program Description:
Purpose Pet Food operates an affiliate program ("Program") that enables Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Purpose Pet Food products on their websites, social media platforms, or other marketing channels. The Program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Commission Structure:
Affiliates will receive a commission of 20% of the order value for each sale referred through their unique tracking link. The commission will be paid once the order has been completed and payment has been received by Purpose Pet Food.
3. Cookie Tracking:
Purpose Pet Food utilizes cookies to track sales referrals for a duration of 90 days from the time a user clicks on an affiliate's tracking link. This ensures that Affiliates receive credit for sales resulting from customers who make a purchase within this period.
4. New Customer Offer:
Affiliates are encouraged to promote the 10% discount offer for new customers as a means to increase conversion rates. The discount is applicable for first-time purchases only.
5. Payment Terms:
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate's earnings meet the minimum payment threshold set by Purpose Pet Food. Payment will be made via the payment method selected by the Affiliate during the registration process.
6. Compliance with Laws:
Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in the conduct of their promotional activities. Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal practices while promoting Purpose Pet Food.
7. Intellectual Property:
Affiliate acknowledges that Purpose Pet Food owns all rights, title, and interest in and to its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property. Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the purpose of promoting Purpose Pet Food products within the scope of this Agreement.
8. Term and Termination:
This Agreement shall commence on the date Affiliate is accepted into the Program and shall continue until terminated by either party. Purpose Pet Food may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to Affiliate for any breach of this Agreement.
9. Modification of Agreement:
Purpose Pet Food reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Purpose Pet Food website or through other appropriate means of communication.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
