(a) any affiliates operating in or based in states in the United States of America which have passed and/or enacted laws and/or regulations which require online retailers to collect and pay sales tax on purchases made by consumers in such states, including but not limited to New York and North Carolina; and
(b) any advertisements and/or media bought (including PPC bidding) on the following keywords: amber swim, amber-swim.com, amber swimwear.
