Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Participation
To join the Kingsyard Affiliate Referral Program, you must complete and submit the official affiliate registration form. Upon approval, you will be eligible to participate in the program. However, Kingsyard reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews of your participation and may suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Participation may be revoked at Kingsyard’s sole discretion if your website or promotional methods are deemed unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to, websites or content that:
Promote illegal activities
Contain sexually explicit material
Promote or incite violence
Advocate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Are otherwise inconsistent with the values or interests of Kingsyard
Only websites that are owned and operated by the affiliate, as indicated in the registration form, are eligible for participation. Use of Kingsyard affiliate referral links on any unregistered or unauthorized website is strictly prohibited.
3. Brand Usage Restrictions
To protect the Kingsyard brand, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
Do not register domains containing “Kingsyard” or any close variations/misspellings.
Do not use "Kingsyard" as a subdomain on any of your websites (e.g., kingsyard.yoursite.com).
Do not bid on Kingsyard-branded keywords (including misspellings or variations) on search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
