To participate in the shehds.com Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to shehds.com. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the shehds.com Affiliate Referral program however such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by shehds.com and may be revoked at anytime without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
Promote illegal activities
Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violate intellectual property rights
Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of shehds.com.
This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate owned and managed web sites as indicated in the registration form.
Under no circumstances may shehds.com Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with shehds.com.
Not allowed to use domains containing the brand’s name
Not allowed to use the brand’s name in the subdomain on the publisher’s domain
Not allowed to bid on brand’s name (including misspellings and variations) in AdWords, adCenter, etc…
No PPC Bidding
Affiliate agrees not to bid on any keywords or phrases containing "Shehds", or any variations or misspellings thereof, or any trademarks or trade names owned or licensed by shehds.com, in any paid search engine or directory, including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other search engine or directory, now existing or hereafter developed.
Affiliate further agrees not to use any pay-per-click advertising or other paid advertising methods to promote SHEHDS's products or services without shehds.com's express written consent.
Any clause violation will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's account, forfeiture of all commissions earned, and other remedies available to shehds.com at law or in equity.
