E-mail Guidelines:
The Credit Pros prohibits affiliates from engaging in commercial e-mail marketing without pre-approval. Affiliate email lists should reflect the guidelines established by the IAB's ethical email guidelines and all email messages must be CAN-SPAM Act compliant. Spamming and/or unsolicited e-mail and indiscriminate advertising will not be tolerated. All marketing messaging must be approved by The Credit Pros in advance of its commercial use and must comply with all federal and state Credit Repair laws and regulations.
Website Guidelines:
The Credit Pros provides affiliates with creative’s for marketing purposes. Affiliates are prohibited from portraying their website as the TheCreditPros.com website.
Search Guidelines:
The Credit Pros prohibits affiliates from link farming, page cloaking or other deceptive practices to manipulate the natural search rankings. The search engine and the end user should see the same content on your site.
Paid Search Listings Guidelines:
Affiliates are welcome to use brand bidding on search listing terms including “The Credit Pros”. The titles and descriptions used for search listings must accurately reflect our current promotions.
Downloadable Application Guidelines:
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting The Credit Pros service via downloadable applications also known as spyware, adware or similar products or services.
Violating these guidelines may result in termination of affiliate status and/or forfeiture of commissions.

LEAD COMMISSIONS |
Definition of a lead:
Visitor completes "Get Started" form, which is found throughout our website.
Required fields include: first name, last name, e-mail and phone number. |
To earn a lead commission,
The contact information submitted by the visitor must be valid.
* Unreachable or self-entered leads will be subject to reversal.
* Affiliate cannot incentivize visitors to fill out form.
* Lead must reside in the United States.

SALE COMMISSIONS |
Definition of a sale:
Visitor completes enrollment process. |
To earn a sale commission,
The visitor must complete the enrollment process by signing a digital service agreement and paying an initial setup fee. This fee is billed 2-3 days after enrollment is complete due to compliance with the federal laws that regulate our industry.
* All new enrollments are processed within 5 days.
* If the client cancels within 30 days after setup, the commission will be reversed.
* Client must reside in the United States.
