Affiliates are permitted to use Casagear-approved brand assets provided within the AWIN platform for promotional purposes.
Affiliates may not:
- Alter the Casagear logo, brand name, or creative assets without prior written approval.
- Misrepresent Casagear products, pricing, promotions, or offers.
- Use the Casagear brand name or close variations in domain names, social media handles, or paid search ads unless explicitly authorised.
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional activity is accurate, compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and aligned with Casagear’s brand values.
If no specific branding assets are provided, affiliates may use the brand name in a factual and non-misleading manner.
