Crafty Arts Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining the Crafty Arts Affiliate Program. By applying or participating, you agree to abide by the terms set out below.

1. Agreement Overview
This agreement is between you (the affiliate) and Crafty Arts (the brand) and Jackson’s Art Supplies (the brand’s owner). By joining the Program, you agree to promote the brand responsibly and in line with these terms.
2. Participation & Expectations
- Once accepted, you are free to begin promoting Crafty Arts, as long as your content and campaigns comply with the guidelines outlined here.
- You are expected to represent the brand professionally and truthfully, avoiding misleading claims or unapproved offers.
- If you are unsure whether a campaign or promotional method is acceptable, please reach out to us for clarification.
3. Brand Standards & Compliance
You agree to:
- Create content that accurately reflects our products and values.
- Use affiliate links transparently, with clear disclosures as required by law and platform policies.
- Ensure that any data you collect or use is GDPR-compliant, especially in email marketing.
- Avoid any form of advertising that could damage Crafty Arts reputation or mislead customers.
We reserve the right to:
- Withhold or reverse commissions for non-compliance.
- Remove affiliates who breach these terms.
- Decline any promotional activity we believe is inappropriate or dishonest.
4. Prohibited Activities
To protect our brand and customers, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Click fraud, bots, cookie stuffing, spoofing, or other forms of fake or misleading traffic.
- Use of unauthorised vouchers, discount codes, or cashback incentives.
- PPC bidding on Crafty Arts' brand terms or close variations without written approval.
- Email marketing using lists that are not double opt-in and GDPR-compliant.
- Misrepresentation of prices, promotions, or product details.
- Use of scraping tools, fake reviews, or misleading comparisons.
- Display advertising (including retargeting), CSS listings, Google Shopping, or Bing Shopping activity without prior written consent. This includes bidding on product listings or shopping placements using Crafty Arts’ brand terms, trademarks, or product feeds.
5. Content & Attribution
- Affiliate disclosures are mandatory in all content (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links…”).
- If you receive samples or gifts, we ask that you publish content within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 14 days). If you’re unable to do so, please inform us or return the product if requested.
- Negative reviews or criticism must be fair, accurate, and not published solely to gain leverage or compensation.
6. Disputes & Commission Terms
- If a sale is declined and you wish to dispute it, you must submit your claim with supporting documentation within 5 working days.
- Jackson’s decisions on commission validity are made in good faith and are final.
- We may reverse commissions in cases of breach, fraud, or customer cancellation/return.
7. Final Notes
- These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation implies acceptance.
- You are responsible for the actions of anyone promoting Crafty Arts’ on your behalf (e.g., sub-affiliates or agencies).
- If anything in these terms is unclear, it is your responsibility to request clarification before taking any action.
