These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the RDX Sports Affiliate Program. Please read them carefully. You are solely responsible for compliance at all times by you and any personnel acting on your behalf.
DEFINITIONS
(i) "We", "us", "our" or "RDX Sports" refers to RDX Sports Inc. and any affiliated websites (e.g., https://rdxsports.com/).
(ii) "You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity joining the Program.
(iii) "Program" refers to the RDX Sports Affiliate Program.
(iv) "Approved Links" means links provided by RDX Sports for use by affiliates.
ENROLLMENT
Apply via our website. Acceptance may take 48+ hours. We reserve the right to reject applications.
LICENSE TO USE RDX MARKS
Upon acceptance, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use designated RDX Sports trademarks for Program promotion, in accordance with RDX's guidelines.
WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS
Your website(s) may not:
Violate laws or infringe rights.
Contain harmful, explicit, or offensive content.
Use technology that manipulates or misleads users (e.g., cookie stuffing, pop-ups).
Employ methods that divert traffic/commissions from other sites.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
You must:
Use only Approved Links without modification.
List all domains using links in your affiliate profile.
Not mimic or frame our website/social properties.
Avoid redirect manipulation and misleading URLs.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Affiliates may not combine referral and affiliate tracking links. Commissions cannot be claimed from both programs for a single transaction.
MID-CHECKOUT COMMISSION LOGIC
A dynamic pixel system applies mid-checkout commission adjustments:
Two affiliates >2 minutes before purchase: normal "last-in" logic.
First >2 min, second <2 min: first gets full, second gets 0%.
One affiliate <2 min: 0% commission.
Two affiliates <10 min: "last-in" gets 2% commission.
PPC GUIDELINES
Prohibited:
Bidding on RDX trademarks or similar terms.
Using trademarks in ad copy/display URLs.
Direct linking to our site from PPC ads.
Appearing above RDX in search results (positions 1–5). Violators may forfeit 30+ days of commissions and be set to 0%.
COUPON GUIDELINES
Allowed only if:
Codes are issued via the Program.
Full offer details (code, expiration) are shown.
There is no tech that auto-generates clicks/cookies.
No expired/fake offers are used. Sites ranking high for coupon-related keywords or converting >25% may receive reduced rates (1%).
COUPON ATTRIBUTION
Coupon-based affiliates are paid only when valid, affiliate-issued codes are used. Generic/expired/sitewide codes may be excluded from commission.
SUB-AFFILIATE NETWORKS
Allowed with transparency. You must:
Disclose traffic sources.
Enforce full compliance among sub-affiliates.
Obtain approval for coupon affiliates.
DOMAIN/SOCIAL MEDIA NAMES
Do not register domains or social accounts using RDX trademarks or close variations.
SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS
No use of BHOs, reminder software, or similar tools is allowed.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
Prior approval is required for any written/electronic material referencing RDX Sports. Email/SMS promotions must comply with laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.), be sent on your behalf, and be pre-approved.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Permitted:
Use of links on your owned social channels. Prohibited:
Posting affiliate links on RDX Sports's social pages.
INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
Comply with applicable local laws (e.g., GDPR in the EU).
REVERSAL & COMMUNICATION POLICY
We may reverse commissions for:
Cancellations, returns, duplicates, disputes.
Lack of transparency or failure to respond. You must respond to inquiries honestly and promptly.
FTC DISCLOSURES
Affiliates must clearly disclose paid relationships near claims. Follow FTC guidelines:
Disclosures must be above the fold.
No pop-up disclosures.

COMPLIANCE
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
TERM & TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with five days’ notice. Immediate termination for violations. Upon termination, all licenses expire.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions are based on net merchandise sales (pre-tax/shipping; post-discount). No commission on gift cards.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our site is provided "as-is." RDX and affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to total commissions paid to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You will indemnify RDX Sports and its affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You may receive confidential info from RDX. You must keep it secure and not disclose it without written consent.
OTHER TERMS
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. UK law governs these Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable. We may assign rights/obligations without notice.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time by posting changes. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
