Affiliate agrees not to bid on the Sulky of America or sulky.com name and on any Sulky of America trademarks or any common misspelling or confusingly similar trademarks, on any pay-for-placement search engines, including, but not limited to: Yahoo!, Bing, and Google. The following phrases or terms are considered trademarked and/or like brand terms of Sulky of America. This list may be updated from time-to-time: Sulky.com, Sulky of America, Holoshimmer, Sliver, Cotton Petites, PolyLite and Poly Deco and Blendables. Affiliate also agrees not to utilize, advertise or otherwise promote any Sulky of America and sulky.com brands' promotional code or coupon not made available to the Affiliate through the affiliate manager directly or through the affiliate network. Examples include coupons received through Sulky.com Email, Catalogs or Paid Search Listings. Hijacking links and/or promotions from other sites and/or sources is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the reversal of commissions on orders generated during the violation. After three violation warnings, publishers may be removed from the Sulky.com, affiliate program.
