Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates must have a valid website or marketing platform that is relevant to WeGym's products.Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on all qualifying sales referred by the Affiliate.Under no circumstances can an Affiliate distribute a discount code coupon via a websites/forums/services or other affiliate like platforms (ie Honey). If Discount Codes are distributed through channels such as social accounts created for discount code distribution, through the use of automatic post plugins, or in any spam-like manner, WeGym Fitness has the right to void all commissions due to you and terminate your Affiliate association.The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate's actions.Affiliates agree to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity at all times. Prohibited activities include spamming, false advertising, and trademark infringement.
