Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions – BlindsMagic
Welcome to the BlindsMagic Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you in promoting our premium range of smart shades and blinds. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program through the Awin network.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the BlindsMagic affiliate program via Awin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as the Awin terms and policies applicable to publishers.
2. Compliance
As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Awin policies. You are also expected to act in a manner that reflects positively on the BlindsMagic brand.
3. Permitted Activities
We encourage creative and ethical marketing efforts. You are welcome to use content marketing, social media, product reviews, and other strategies to promote our smart shades and blinds, provided they align with brand values and these terms.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Misleading Representation: Do not make false, deceptive, or exaggerated claims about BlindsMagic products.
Unauthorized Coupons or Discounts: Only promote coupons or discounts explicitly provided through the Awin platform. Use of unauthorized or copied codes is not permitted.
Spam: Email marketing must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR). Unsolicited bulk emails are forbidden.
Inappropriate Content: Do not use adult, violent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content in connection with BlindsMagic promotions.
Brand Bidding: Bidding on the BlindsMagic brand name, variations, or misspellings via paid search (PPC) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
5. Commission and Payments
Commission rates are variable between 5% and 12%, depending on product category. Full commission details, payment schedules, and transaction tracking are managed through your Awin dashboard.
6. Cookie Duration
We offer a 30-day cookie window, ensuring you receive credit for sales generated through your referrals, even if the purchase is completed at a later time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, for violations of this agreement or for any conduct deemed harmful to the BlindsMagic brand. Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of commissions.
