Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between HiViBe33 ("Company"), and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the Company's affiliate program ("Program").
1. Participation
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliate agrees to promote HiViBe33's products in a manner consistent with Company's brand values and messaging. This includes:
Creating content that accurately represents HiViBe33's products and benefits.
Avoiding any misleading or exaggerated claims about HiViBe33's products.
While we encourage exclusivity, Affiliate is free to promote other skincare brands alongside HiViBe33's products.
3. Discount Code Usage
Affiliate agrees to use any discount codes provided by HiViBe33 solely for promotional purposes and in accordance with Company's guidelines. Discount codes shall not be shared publicly without prior authorization from HiViBe33.
4. Content Guidelines
Affiliate agrees to create content that aligns with HiViBe33's brand values and respects the diverse perspectives of our audience.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the promotion and sale of skincare products.
6. Ethical Practices
Affiliate agrees to engage in ethical marketing practices and avoid any behavior that may harm HiViBe33's reputation.
7. Customer Service Expectations
Affiliate agrees to address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints related to products promoted by Affiliate in a timely and professional manner.
8. Exclusive Promotions
Company may offer exclusive promotions or product launches to Affiliates at its discretion.
9. Termination
HiViBe33 reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for non-compliance with Program guidelines.
10. Amendments
HiViBe33 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
