Commissions and Payments: Foam Sweet Foam will pay commissions to affiliates based on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commissions are calculated based on a percentage of the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold and a standard payment delay to account for potential returns or cancellations.
Tracking and Reporting: ShareASale will track affiliate sales and commissions using its proprietary tracking system. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked. Foam Sweet Foam reserves the right to review and verify affiliate sales data, and discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity may result in commission adjustments or account termination.
Program Changes and Termination: Foam Sweet Foam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. We may also update the terms of this agreement at our discretion, and affiliates will be notified of any changes. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Foam Sweet Foam.
