Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
1. Brand bidding along with permutations, is not permitted on any search engine. 2. Please do not use “tm” or “official” in your advertisements. 3. Please do not use the brand “Qustodio” or any permutation of it in your URLs. 4. Affiliates may not direct link to Qustodio website, if using PPC. 5. The look and feel of webpages must be unique and not mimic Qustodio web properties to prevent confusion to the visitor.

Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
1. Affiliates must not engage in typo-squatting, or own a typo domain. 2. Domain names must not include or use misspellings of "Qustodio". Misspellings of domains include those with missing characters, extra characters, wrong character sequences, and where the wrong key is pressed, e.g. free.qustodio.com, www.qustodioapp.co.uk etc. 3. Affiliates must not own a domain, which includes a Qustodio trademark or registered trademark. Domains containing the registered trademark "Qustodio" are strictly prohibited. 4. Affiliates must not use sites under construction, sites that show or cause any type of error, doorway pages, sites or pages with automatic redirects.
Prohibited Web Site Content
1. All Qustodio Affiliates are required to comply with Qustodio's trademark, copywriting and other intellectual property criteria and requirements. 2. The Affiliate is required to acknowledge that Qustodio Technologies owns and will retain all rights, titles, and interests in all Qustodio content, including, without limitation, any proprietary rights which may be developed in the future. 3. Use of Qustodio content applies exclusively to the benefit of Qustodio, and the Affiliate obtains no rights to Qustodio content through use thereof. 4. The Affiliate must not to operate or utilize a website, or email a link to a website, which contains or promotes the following types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-related, illegal, cracking, hacking, anti-brand messaging or that offer illegal goods or services.
Unacceptable Web Sites
1. The Affiliate must not to use copycat sites, or use any content or images from any Qustodio websites, except for content and images which have been expressly allowed for use by Affiliate Partners. The Affiliate may use the links and/or banner ads Qustodio provides to Affiliate Partners only in the form in which they are provided. Subject to the limitations contained herein, the Affiliate may place such links and/or banner ads on their own website in whatever location the Affiliate prefers. 2. Affiliates must not hardcode creative/logos but should use those supplied in the affiliate network interface. 3. Not to use a web site that is confusingly similar to the official Qustodio website, or which may mislead third parties into thinking the Affiliate is Qustodio or an Official Partner of Qustodio. This includes copying and framing any of the Qustodio web pages. 4. The Affiliate further agrees not to promote himself in a way that may mislead third parties into thinking the Affiliate is Qustodio or an Official Partner of Qustodio.
COUPON CODES
What Types of Codes Affiliates Can Post — affiliates are only allowed to post coupon codes distributed through the affiliate channel; Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate;
Distribution of Coupon Codes — the codes can only be posted on the approved affiliate website;
Responsibilities Regarding Expired Codes — Qustodio will ensure to provide valid coupon codes with expiration dates (if applies). Affiliates must take all expired codes down.
Responsibility for User-Generated Content — affiliate bears responsibility for removing any unauthorized or user-submitted codes.
Penalties for Violations — the merchant keeps the right to suspend any affiliate who will not follow the programs policy, will use fake or expired coupon codes.
