Understanding and Compliance

All partners are encouraged and expected to thoroughly read and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Contact Information

Partners must provide a contactable email address and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, partners are required to consult with the brand(s) at least every two weeks to enhance relationship and performance.

Marketing Approvals

All marketing activities must be submitted to the relevant Account Manager for approval prior to publication.

Brand Representation

Partners must represent the brand(s) in a manner consistent with how the brand(s) present themselves. Use current images, ad copy, and offers in all marketing materials.

Paid Search Campaigns

Running paid search campaigns using the brand(s) terms is prohibited without prior written consent.

Comparison Shopping Services (CSS)

CSS campaigns using the brand(s) terms require prior written consent.

Display Advertising

Display campaigns using the brand(s) terms need prior written consent.

Social Media Campaigns

Social media campaigns using the brand(s) terms must have prior written consent.

Promotions and Offers

Only promote voucher codes, sales, and offers that have been communicated by an Account Manager.

Cashback Structure

Partners agree to a tiered cashback system, with the brand(s) potentially offering as little as 0.1% cashback to encourage higher consumer spending.

Lead Generation

For lead generation, partners agree to qualify leads and decline payment for those that are spam, not contactable after five attempts, duplicates, tests, or fraudulent.

Regulatory Compliance

If the brand(s) operate in a regulated industry, partners must adhere to relevant regulations and ensure their marketing efforts are compliant.

Breach of Terms

In cases of severe breaches of terms, as determined by the brand(s) and potentially reviewed by an independent third party, partner commissions for relevant transactions may be refused.

Commission Validation and Payment

Commissions will be paid on genuine transactions and leads, subject to validation by the brand(s) to ensure authenticity.
