Zotter Chocolates Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on all referred sales made through their unique affiliate links.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts).
Commissions are not paid on returned or canceled orders.
2. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration is 30 days. If a user clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive a commission.
3. Payment
Payments are made based on your chosen schedule on AWIN.
Payments are made via your chosen AWIN payment method.
4. Promotional Materials
Zotter Chocolates will provide a variety of banners and text links for your use.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not offer coupons or discounts that are not explicitly provided by Zotter Chocolates.
Affiliates may not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
Affiliates may not use Zotter Chocolates trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.
Any PPC bidding on Zotter Chocolates branded terms or variations is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
Zotter Chocolates reserves the right to terminate this agreement or modify the program terms at any time.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
7. Relationship of the Parties
This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship between Zotter Chocolates and its affiliates.
