This Program Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Le Gourmet Central Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in the program, Affiliates agree to abide by this Agreement as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Program Description:
Le Gourmet Central offers an affiliate program that allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting and referring customers to our website to purchase our premium gourmet food products and gift boxes.
Affiliate Requirements:
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
Affiliates must provide accurate personal and payment information.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their websites comply with all applicable laws and maintain a high-quality, family-friendly environment.
Permitted Affiliate Marketing Activities:
Promoting Le Gourmet Central via approved affiliate links on food/lifestyle websites, blogs, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels relevant to our gourmet offerings.
Using provided marketing materials, banners, product images, and text links within the ShareASale interface.
Prohibited Affiliate Activities:
Bidding on Le Gourmet Central's branded keywords or trademarks in paid search campaigns.
Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or engaging in any illegal, unethical or aggressive marketing practices.
Directly or indirectly attempting to purchase or transfer leads from other Affiliates.
Offering incentives, coupons or cash rebates for purchasing Le Gourmet Central products outside of the program.
Commission Rates and Tracking:
Commission rate is 5% on all qualifying product sales.
Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies with a 30-day cookie duration.
Le Gourmet Central reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with 30 days' prior notice.
Payment and Reporting:
Affiliates will be paid monthly via the payment method specified in their ShareASale account.
Minimum payout threshold is $25.
Affiliates can access real-time reporting and commission tracking within the ShareASale interface.
Term and Termination:
The Affiliate Program has no fixed term and can be terminated by either party at any time.
Le Gourmet Central may terminate an Affiliate's participation for any violation of this Agreement, ShareASale policies, or engagement in any activities that may damage Le Gourmet Central's brand reputation.
By participating in the Le Gourmet Central Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this Program Agreement. Le Gourmet Central reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with proper notification.
