Voucher Codes
• You may only promote voucher codes that are issued through the Daewoo Electricals affiliate programme or AWIN.
• An expiry date must be shown and then removed or marked as expired once the expiry date has passed.
• Some codes may not be in the public domain and these should not be used unless it is agreed in writing by Daewoo Electricals.
• Daewoo Electricals reserve the right to withhold payment if a voucher code has been used that is not approved or expired.
• Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with cashback unless it is approved through the affiliate programme or explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Daewoo Electricals voucher codes can only be used on full price items (excludes sale items).
Cashback
• Cashback cannot be used for purchases made for the purpose of resale, or for business use.
• Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with voucher codes unless it is approved through the affiliate programme or explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Daewoo Electricals reserve the right to withhold payment if a cashback transaction breaches the terms.
Paid Search and Advertising
• Affiliates are not entitled to use paid search advertising or to bid on any keywords with reference to: “Daewoo Electricals” or similar misspellings.
• Targeting of extended keywords such as “Daewoo Electricals voucher”, “Daewoo Electricals voucher codes”, “Daewoo Electricals codes” etc is prohibited.
• Breach of this may result in commissions being declined and potentially being suspended from the programme.
• Affiliates must add the Daewoo Electricals brand name and any variations as negative keywords in all paid search activity.
Creative and Content
• Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface.
• Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Daewoo Electricals.
• The following types of website are not allowed for our affiliate activity: adult sites, gambling sites, sites which promote violence, political unrest or criminal behaviour.
• Affiliates may not put the Daewoo Electricals website in an I-Frame or mask our URL.
Product Feed
• The product feed for Daewoo Electricals is frequently updated. It's essential for affiliates to ensure that the pricing information they display is current, to prevent any customer dissatisfaction.
