Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content:
Publishers cannot use any negative terms that could be viewed as defaming of Detox Organics or any of their associated products, services or brands causing or enabling any transactions to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, by means of any device, program, robot, i frames, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows and redirects; diluting, blurring or tarnishing, in any manner, the value of Detox Organic’s trademarks, trade names, and/or service marks is strictly prohibited. Affiliates agree to forfeit any commissions from sales because of these violations or such search activities.
Without prior written authorization, Publisher affiliates may not conduct any search engine marketing, including but not limited to paid search campaigns. Publishers without written search authorization are required to negative match Detox Organic’s trademarked terms within their own SEM campaigns.
Trademark terms include but are not limited to: Detox Organics and any misspellings of the brand and products.
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Display URL Content:
Publishers cannot use or register any trademark, service mark, or domain name containing Detox Organics or similar variations and misspellings.

Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites:
Operation of a Publisher Website or e-mail Link to Websites that contain or promote, any of the following content: misleading, abusive, violent, bigoted, sexual, porn, hate-oriented, political, etc.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites:
All logos and banners should come from the TUNE Account Manager unless otherwise advised.
Sub Affiliates:
Sub-Affiliates are allowed and may use approved product or coupon data feed services.
All affiliates:
May use the exclusive Media Maxx Sync Shoppable Video Feed solution with any participating network. Subscribe with Media Maxx

Coupons and Promotional Codes:
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.
Non-Commissionable Items: Seasonal gift cards or vouchers
