Affiliate Program Terms for Imarku
Welcome to the Imarku Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility
- Affiliates must have a valid website, social media account, or marketing platform.
- Affiliates must comply with all local laws and regulations.
2. Promotional Methods
- Affiliates may promote Imarku products using websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
- Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is allowed only if pre-approved by Imarku.
- Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading claims or false advertising.
3. Commission & Payment
- Commission rates are clearly listed in the Awin platform.
- Payments are made monthly via Awin, provided the minimum payment threshold is met.
- Commission is earned only on valid sales; refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will not generate commission.
- Commission will pay once a month in the end of month(or as your required date)
4. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not use spam, unauthorized coupon codes, or trademark bidding.
- Affiliates may not create websites that infringe on Imarku’s intellectual property or misrepresent the brand.
- Any attempt to manipulate tracking or sales will result in immediate termination from the program.
5. Program Changes & Termination
- Imarku reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or terminate the program at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via Awin notifications.
6. Intellectual Property
- Imarku grants affiliates a limited license to use brand assets (logos, product images, banners) solely for promotional purposes.
- All content provided by Imarku remains the property of Imarku and may not be used outside the program.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Imarku is not responsible for affiliate marketing results or lost profits.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify Imarku against any claims arising from their promotional activities.
By participating in the Imarku Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
