Trademark Guidelines
In these Terms and Conditions no licence has been granted to use any trademark of Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA or its affiliated companies.
- Bidding directly or indirectly for any brand name featuring Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA trademarks or any similar trademarks, misspellings, or derivatives of the trademarks. This applies to all search engines and to avoid any misunderstandings we would strongly recommend you set the VOYA and VOYA Organic Beauty brand terms as a negative match in your search campaigns.
- Using Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA trademarks, trademarks misspellings or similar variations in the written copy of adverts on pay per click search engines.
- Using www.voya.ie or www.voyaskincare.com as the display URL in Google, or any other paid performance website or generally misleading the consumer into believing the advertisement is from the official www.voya.ie or www.voyaskincare.com web sites. This includes all paid performance keywords. For the purpose of diverting customers to web sites not owned by Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA or to give priority to web sites not owned by Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA over the web sites www.voya.ie and www.voyaskincare.com
- Making or passing off as being owners of Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA trademarks or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that the affiliates / or website are owners of Celtic Seaweed Bath Products Ltd t/a VOYA trademarks. - Do not re-colour the log.
- Do not change the typeface of any part of the logo.
