| What promotional types of publishers are allowed to work on your program? |
| Cashback | | | Commissions are paid on the final sale price after all discounts. Payouts may be reduced or voided on orders using non-approved coupon codes. We reserve the right to reverse commissions on returned orders. |
| Content | | | Content must be accurate, up-to-date, and reflect our brand positively. An FTC disclosure (e.g., 'I earn from qualifying purchases') is required and must be clearly visible near any and all affiliate links you post.
|
| Coupon Code | | | Strictly authorized codes only. Publishers may not use sites whose primary purpose is coupon aggregation. Codes must be part of value-add content, not just a list. Use of unauthorized codes will result in reversals.
|
| E-mail | | | All email campaigns must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You must be the sender; do not use our brand in the 'From' field. Sending to purchased or non-permission-based lists is strictly forbidden. |
| Loyalty | | | |
| Search | | | PPC bidding on our brand name, trademarks, misspellings, or any variations is strictly forbidden. This includes "brand + term" bidding. Direct linking from search ads is not allowed. Violators will be removed. |
| Behavioural Retargeting | | | All retargeting must cease 30 days after the user's last visit. Publishers must not interfere with our own retargeting campaigns. Adware, spyware, and forced-click methods are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. |
| Media Brokers | | | Full transparency of all sub-publisher traffic sources is required upon request. We reserve the right to reject commissions from sources deemed low-quality, fraudulent, or damaging to our brand reputation. |
| Are there any other restrictions that publishers need to consider? For example promoting adult content or age-restricted products. | | | Publishers must not use our brand on sites with adult content, hate speech, or illegal activities. Impersonating our brand on domains or social media is forbidden. All affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure laws. |
