1. Participation

To participate in the Plumbingsell Affiliate Program, affiliates must complete and submit the registration form. Approved affiliates are eligible to participate immediately, subject to ongoing review by Plumbingsell.

Plumbingsell reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion if an affiliate’s website, traffic sources, or promotional methods are deemed unsuitable or misaligned with the objectives of the program.

Unsuitable activities include, but are not limited to:

Promoting illegal activities

Promoting sexually explicit content

Promoting violence or hate speech

Promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

Violating intellectual property rights

Any activities inconsistent with the best interests, brand values, or commercial objectives of Plumbingsell

2. Use of Brand Name

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using Plumbingsell trademarks, brand names, or any variations, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms in a manner that could mislead users or interfere with Plumbingsell’s brand-owned traffic.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Registering or using domains or subdomains containing the Plumbingsell brand name
- Bidding on Plumbingsell branded keywords, variations, or misspellings in any search engines or paid media platforms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar services)
- Using Plumbingsell brand terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, sitelinks, or ad extensions
- Using brand + modifier keyword combinations such as “Plumbingsell coupon”, “Plumbingsell discount”, or similar phrasing
- Impersonating Plumbingsell or implying official endorsement, partnership, or exclusive offers in any paid or organic promotion

Any violation of this policy may result in declined commissions, immediate termination from the program, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Commission Eligibility & Payment

Commissions are earned solely on approved and validated sales, excluding cancellations, returns, fraudulent transactions, or orders that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

All commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period to allow for order verification, cancellations, and returns.

Commission Eligibility & Traffic Policy

Plumbingsell’s affiliate program is designed to reward publishers that contribute genuine, incremental value during the customer decision-making process.

Accordingly:

Plumbingsell does not operate partnerships with coupon, deal, voucher, or cashback-focused websites as a primary promotional model.

Transactions attributed to coupon, deal, voucher, or cashback traffic — including, but not limited to, interactions occurring at checkout or post-purchase-intent stages — are not eligible for commission.

Commissions are awarded only where the affiliate interaction meaningfully contributes to customer discovery, consideration, or informed purchase decisions through content-led, editorial, or value-based promotion.

Transactions generated through coupon aggregation, deal listings, incentive-based mechanisms, or similar promotional models may be declined at Plumbingsell’s discretion.

4. Promotional Methods & Restrictions

Affiliates may promote Plumbingsell through the following approved methods:

Original editorial content, blogs, reviews, or comparison articles

Educational or informational content

Social media or video content that provides genuine value to users

Opt-in email campaigns (no unsolicited or bulk spam communications)

Affiliates may NOT:

Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automated clicks, bots, or artificial traffic generation

Use adware, toolbars, browser extensions, or software-based traffic injection

Publish unauthorized, misleading, expired, or fabricated coupons or promotions

Misrepresent Plumbingsell offers, pricing, or availability

Use deceptive or misleading claims to influence customer behavior

5. Territory & Traffic Quality

Affiliates are expected to target audiences in approved markets, including but not limited to the United States.

Plumbingsell reserves the right to review traffic quality at any time. Traffic that is deemed suspicious, incentivized, artificially generated, or inconsistent with standard consumer behavior — including click farms, VPN masking, or proxy traffic — may result in withheld commissions, account review, or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use only the official creatives, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials provided by Plumbingsell.

Any unauthorized use, alteration, or modification of Plumbingsell intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Plumbingsell reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for activities deemed inconsistent with the objectives of the affiliate program.

In cases involving fraud, brand misuse, policy breaches, or prohibited promotional methods, Plumbingsell may withhold or forfeit pending or unpaid commissions.
