Promotion Policy Overview:
Allowed:
• TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (short-form content is encouraged)
• Use of custom domains (must not infringe on trademarks)
• Creating custom ads (must not imply official FlipBelt branding)
Restricted:
• Paid Search Ads: Not allowed. Affiliates may not bid on FlipBelt brand terms or close variants (e.g., “FlipBelt coupon,” “FlipBelt.com,” or misspellings) in any paid search platforms.
• Email Marketing: Allowed only with written pre-approval. Affiliates must provide the origin of their email list, copy, and links. Emails must clearly identify the affiliate and must not appear to come from FlipBelt.
• Coupon Sites: Limited to approved partners only. Must add value through SEO content or loyalty programs. Sites that only appear at checkout to capture last-click attribution are not allowed.
• Cashback/Rewards Apps: Allowed on a case-by-case basis. Only trusted platforms will be approved. Incremental reporting (such as new customer acquisition) is required.
• Retargeting Pixels: Not allowed. Affiliates may not place third-party tracking pixels or scripts on any FlipBelt domains or redirects.
Auto-Approval Setting: Enabled (affiliates are auto-approved upon application)
Niche Restrictions: None. All niche types are currently accepted.
Fraudulent Transactions:
Any affiliate found to be involved in fraudulent transactions will have all commissions reversed, the account permanently terminated, and may be reported to relevant advertising networks or authorities.
Grounds for Immediate Termination:
1. Trademark Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on FlipBelt brand terms or close variations in any paid search platforms.
2. Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not represent themselves as FlipBelt or imply official affiliation through their website, ads, or other promotional materials.
3. Spam or Unsolicited Messaging
Affiliates may not promote FlipBelt through unsolicited emails, SMS, or social media messages that violate anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA.
4. Fake or Fraudulent Traffic
Use of bots, click farms, incentivized clicks, cookie stuffing, ad injection, domain spoofing, or any artificial manipulation of traffic or sales is strictly prohibited.
5. Unauthorized Use of Creative or IP
Affiliates may not use, alter, or distribute FlipBelt logos, product images, or brand materials without written permission.
6. Use of Retargeting Pixels or Tracking Code
Affiliates are prohibited from placing any third-party tracking code, pixel, or script on FlipBelt domains or user redirects.
7. Trademark-Infringing Domains
Affiliates may not use domain names that include FlipBelt trademarks or misleading variations (e.g., flipbeltsale.com).
8. Misleading Claims or Fake Reviews
Affiliates may not make exaggerated claims, use fake testimonials, or publish deceptive reviews to influence customer behavior.
9. Violation of Platform Policies
Affiliates may not promote FlipBelt on websites that contain adult, hateful, or illegal content, or in violation of platform terms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
10. Chargeback or Refund Abuse
Affiliates generating excessive chargebacks, refund rates, or suspicious sales behavior will be removed from the program.
