Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") is open to individuals and businesses worldwide, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, prospective affiliates must complete the application process through our designated platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
Promotional Methods: Affiliates are permitted to promote our products or services through approved methods, including but not limited to: print or online press coverage, social media marketing, blog posts, email marketing, and display advertising. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive promotional activities.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links or tracking codes. Commission rates are 20% on any given sale which is generated by an affiliate. This is conditional on products being purchased directly from www.elementalherbology.com and not being returned within a 14 day window.
Tracking and Reporting: We will provide affiliates with access to tracking tools and reports to monitor their performance and commission earnings accurately. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that all tracking links are properly implemented to receive credit for sales.
Payouts: Commission payouts will be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule, typically on a monthly basis. Minimum payout thresholds may apply, and payments will be issued via the designated payment method chosen by the affiliate.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws. Affiliates are solely responsible for any content they create or distribute in connection with the Program.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
