McGee & Co. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by McGee & Co. ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Enrollment:
Upon submission of your application, we will review your website(s) and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our program within 30 days. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our criteria or violates our terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Guidelines:
Affiliates are permitted to promote only coupons provided directly by McGee & Co. through the designated affiliate platform.
Keyword bidding on McGee & Co.'s trademarked terms, including variations and misspellings, is strictly prohibited in any search engine marketing campaigns.
Use of domain names or social media handles containing McGee & Co. or any variations thereof, including misspellings, is strictly prohibited.
3. Return Policy:
McGee & Co. offers a 30-day return policy on select items. Any returned or canceled orders that impact affiliate commissions will be reconciled at the end of the month.
4. Compliance and Enforcement:
Affiliates found in violation of any of these terms and conditions may have their sales commissions withheld or be removed from the program.
5. Commissionable Items:
Commissions are applicable only to eligible product purchases. Taxes, shipping fees, extended warranty, other warranties, delivery fees, gift cards, e-gift cards, and any other non-product items are non-commissionable.
6. Prohibited Marketing Techniques:
PPC campaigns on any search engine are strictly forbidden.
Sub-networks are not allowed.
Purchasing domains including the brand name and misspellings is prohibited.
Affiliates must not use pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other intrusive formats.
Affiliates are prohibited from misleading users with domain names or subdomains.
Affiliates must not supplant the merchant's identity in social media promotions.
7. Coupon Code Guidelines:
Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes distributed by McGee & Co. or its authorized agents.
Promoting coupon codes not issued via the affiliate channel is not allowed.
8. Toolbar Promotion:
Affiliates must obtain direct authorization from McGee & Co. or its authorized agents before promoting through any toolbar.
9. Incentivized Traffic:
Incentivized traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
10. Email Marketing:
Email affiliates must contact McGee & Co. or its authorized agents for approval before conducting email campaigns.
11. Enforcement of Terms:
Affiliates violating the above terms and conditions will be rejected from the program.
