Ethical Marketing Practices:
Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Misleading or deceptive advertising methods are strictly prohibited.
Brand Representation:
Affiliates are expected to represent the KAMABOKO brand with integrity. Any promotion that may harm the brand's reputation is not allowed.
Restricted Content:
Affiliates shall not promote KAMABOKO cat trees on websites or platforms that feature content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
Coupon/Deal Sites:
Affiliates are not permitted to promote unauthorized coupon or deal sites. Only officially provided and authorized promotional materials may be used.
Paid Search Advertising:
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on KAMABOKO brand terms or using trademarked terms in paid search advertising. Direct linking is also not allowed.
Social Media Promotion:
While we encourage social media promotion, affiliates must not engage in spammy or intrusive practices. Respectful and genuine promotion is expected.
Commission Stacking:
Affiliates are not allowed to use multiple affiliate accounts to "stack" commissions or engage in any other activity that artificially inflates referral earnings.
Incentivized Traffic:
Affiliates are not permitted to offer incentives (monetary or otherwise) to users for clicking on affiliate links or making a purchase.
Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use:
All affiliates must comply with the ShareASale Terms of Use in addition to the specific terms outlined in this agreement.
Program Changes:
KAMABOKO reserves the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program, including commission rates, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
By participating in the KAMABOKO Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your affiliate account. We appreciate your commitment to promoting KAMABOKO cat trees responsibly and ethically.
