Biology Fragrances Affiliate Program

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Biology Fragrances (“Company”) and the undersigned affiliate (“Affiliate”). By participating in the Biology Fragrances Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.1 Affiliate Eligibility

Affiliate must be at least 18 years old.

Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Company may require Affiliate to maintain an established digital presence (e.g., website, blog, or active social media account).

1.2 Application Approval

Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

Company may revoke approval at any time if fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with this Agreement is discovered.

2.1 Brand Representation
Affiliate agrees to represent Biology Fragrances in a positive, authentic, and professional manner consistent with the brand’s ethos.

2.2 Content Standards

Organic content such as posts and stories do not require pre-approval but must follow Company’s brand guidelines.

Paid advertising, custom landing pages, or other promotional materials require Company’s prior written approval.

2.3 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of Biology Fragrances, including but not limited to:
a. Misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
b. Promotion on adult, illegal, violent, discriminatory, or offensive platforms.
c. Use of Biology Fragrances’ intellectual property without permission.
d. Bidding on Biology Fragrances’ brand name, trademarks, or misspellings thereof in paid search campaigns.
e. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent traffic.
f. Sending unsolicited emails that misuse Biology Fragrances’ trademarks.

2.4 Compliance with Laws
Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate links.

3.1 Commission Rate

Affiliate will receive a 15% commission on net sales generated through their unique AWIN tracking link.

“Net sales” exclude taxes, shipping fees, discounts, cancellations, and refunded transactions.

3.2 Validation Period

All sales are subject to a 30-day validation period to account for returns or cancellations.

3.3 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly through AWIN’s payment system once the validation period has passed.

4.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice (including email) to the other party.

4.2 Termination for Cause
Company may immediately terminate this Agreement if Affiliate engages in prohibited activities or breaches any terms of this Agreement.

4.3 Effect of Termination
Any valid, outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be honored and paid in accordance with Section 3.

5.1 Modifications
Company may update or modify the terms of this Agreement at its discretion. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or AWIN platform updates. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

By participating in the Biology Fragrances Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
