Sunmoon Care Affiliate Program Agreement

Sunmoon Care specializes in holistic products rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on enhancing holistic wellness through our carefully crafted range of products. Our expert, Dr. Laurel Liu, has developed a unique collection including body detox and lymphatic health sets, as well as Terahertz Gua Sha sets for body and facial care.
1. Program Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for joining the Sunmoon Care Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, affiliates agree to use approved promotional methods to promote Sunmoon Care products and adhere to the guidelines set forth in this agreement.
2. Commission Structure
? Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 20% on sales made through their unique affiliate link.
? Cookie Duration: A 30-day cookie duration applies, allowing affiliates to earn commissions on sales made within 30 days of the initial referral.
? Payment Terms: Payments will be made in accordance with ShareASale's payment schedule and requirements.
3. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Sunmoon Care products through:

? YouTube
? Blogs
? Social media platforms
? Podcasts
? Paid advertising
4. Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using the Sunmoon Care brand name, including "Sunmoon Care," "Sunmoon," "Dr. Liu," "Laurel Liu," or any variations thereof in any of the following manners:
Domain Names and Websites: Affiliates may not use our brand name or variations in any domain names or create websites that could imply an official association or representation of our brand.
Social Media: Creating social media accounts, pages, or handles that use our brand name or variations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Online and Offline Representation: Affiliates may not misrepresent themselves as Sunmoon Care or as an official part of the company in any online or offline channels. This includes creating fake profiles or entities that could mislead consumers into believing they are interacting with an official representative of Sunmoon Care.
Keyword Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any keywords or phrases containing our brand name or variations in any search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
Content Creation: Any content created by affiliates should not mislead consumers into thinking it is produced or endorsed by Sunmoon Care unless such content is explicitly approved by Sunmoon Care.
Violations of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any accrued commissions. Sunmoon Care reserves the right to take legal action against any affiliate or entity that infringes on our brand's intellectual property or misrepresents our brand.

6. Trademark and Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to Sunmoon Care's brand guidelines when using trademarks, logos, or other brand assets. Misrepresentation of Sunmoon Care or its products is not permitted.
7. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements related to affiliate marketing, including FTC guidelines on disclosure and data privacy laws.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Sunmoon Care reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the case of breach of terms.
9. Modification of Terms
Sunmoon Care reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must comply with the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
By joining the Sunmoon Care Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
