By joining the USA-Market® Affiliate Programme, the publisher agrees to follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable AWIN network rules.
Eligibility
Publishers must have valid traffic sources and must not target minors. Websites containing violence, hate speech, adult content, illegal downloads, or firearms trading are prohibited.
Commission Rules
Commissions are issued only for valid, completed, and fully paid orders.
USA-Market® may decline commissions for:
– refunded orders
– fraudulent or suspicious orders
– self-referrals
– duplicate transactions
Prohibited Activities
Publishers may NOT:
– bid on USA-Market® brand keywords in Google Ads/Bing Ads
– use unauthorized promo codes
– misrepresent product specifications
– use minors in content
– distribute spam or generate fake traffic
– claim false discounts or false warranties
Allowed Promotional Methods
Approved channels include: blogs, reviews, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, legal EDC communities, knife-related content, newsletters (CAN-SPAM compliant), and organic SEO.
Product Information Requirements
USA-Market® sells handmade knives and sharpening tools. Publishers must disclose that handmade items may vary slightly from photos (finish, pattern, scabbard color, etc.).
Age & Legal Restrictions
Publishers must ensure that content is NOT directed to users under 18 and complies with local knife-related advertising laws.
Shipping & Returns
Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds are provided for items seized by customs. Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Brand Usage
Publishers may use only official USA-Market® images, videos, and descriptions. Modifying the logo or impersonating USA-Market® is prohibited.
Fraud Policy
Any fraudulent activity (bots, fake leads, self-orders, coupon abuse) will result in reversal of commissions and termination of the partnership.
Termination
USA-Market® may suspend or remove publishers who violate these Terms or AWIN policies. Termination may be immediate.
Modifications
USA-Market® reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
