Jurisdiction: St. Louis County, Missouri. Commission Rate: 15%. Average Order Value: $40. Payout Network: ShareASale. Payout Eligibility: After 4 weeks of verified activity. By applying to our affiliate program, you agree to all terms herein. You must be 18 years or older to join. Application does not guarantee acceptance. Both parties may work with others. Upon approval, you will receive trackable links and commission on Qualified Purchases (not referred by other partners, not returned or cancelled, and not using unauthorized coupons). Payouts require valid W8/W9 tax forms and current banking info. Reports are available in your dashboard. Either party may terminate at any time. You receive a limited, revocable license to use ChiChi IP solely to promote approved links. Brand bidding or misuse of IP is prohibited. We may update terms at any time. This is an independent contractor relationship. You must not harass, defame, violate IP, commit fraud, or send spam. You must disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC rules and comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR. Reverse engineering and unauthorized data use is prohibited. You are responsible for account security. You agree to indemnify ChiChi for any legal claims arising from your participation. No commissions are paid on fraudulent activity. This agreement supersedes all prior versions. ChiChi is not liable for service interruptions or data loss. The program is provided as-is with no warranties. Maximum liability is $100. This agreement is governed by Missouri law. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in St. Louis County, MO. You may not assign rights without permission.
