TvStartup Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TvStartup ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate") participating in the TvStartup affiliate program ("Program").
1. Enrollment:
1.1 Affiliate shall enroll in the Program by completing the online registration process provided by ShareASale.
1.2 Upon enrollment, Affiliate shall receive a unique affiliate ID and access to the Program's marketing materials.
2. Restrictions:
2.1 Affiliate shall not engage in any of the following activities:
a) Spamming: Affiliate shall not engage in unsolicited mass emailing or other forms of spamming to promote TvStartup products or services.
b) Fraudulent Activity: Affiliate shall not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate sales or referrals.
c) Misrepresentation: Affiliate shall not misrepresent TvStartup products, services, or brand in any manner.
d) Violation of Laws: Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in promoting TvStartup products or services.
3. Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use:
3.1 Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to comply with the ShareASale Terms of Use, which govern the use of the ShareASale platform and participation in affiliate programs.
4. Termination:
4.1 TvStartup reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or suspend Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, in the event of a violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Miscellaneous:
5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
5.2 This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
