SHREDDY Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between SHREDDY (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) participating in the SHREDDY Affiliate Program (“Program”) through the Awin affiliate marketing platform (“Awin”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Program Participation:
1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must apply through the Awin platform and agree to its terms and conditions.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
Promotional Activities:
2.1. As an Affiliate, you may promote SHREDDY products and services using approved marketing materials provided by us.
2.2. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
2.3. You are solely responsible for the content and manner of your promotions.
Commission Structure:
3.1. You will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
3.2. Commission rates and eligibility criteria may vary and will be communicated to you through the Awin platform.
Payment Terms:
4.1. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold as set forth by Awin.
4.2. Payments will be made in accordance with Awin’s payment schedule and methods.
Intellectual Property:
5.1. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, belong to SHREDDY.
5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SHREDDY’s promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting SHREDDY products and services as part of the Program.
Compliance with Laws:
6.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your promotion of SHREDDY products and services.
6.2. You are solely responsible for any legal liabilities arising from your promotional activities.
Termination:
7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
7.2. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned through the Program.
Modification:
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated to you through the Awin platform or via email.
Limitation of Liability:
9.1. In no event shall SHREDDY be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
9.2. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the Program.
Governing Law:
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
