Thejockeyclub.co.uk (and all subdomains) will always aim to give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for any changes which affect affiliates and this affiliate programme in the future.
Each racecourse will be treated as individual and may not all allow the same commissions to be paid. For example, Cheltenham Racecourse will not be working with Voucher Code or Cashback sites and as such they will be setting 0% for these sites & Aintree will not pay commission for the Saturday Grand National Event. Any site applying for the programme will be infomed of any lowered commission tiers upon joining.
Wincanton racecourse can no longer offer commission for music related events, as such in the event any tickets are sold for these events a commission of 0% will be applied.
Transaction Queries
All transaction queries MUST include the name of the racecourse for which the query applies - without this information in the description transaction queries will not be processed.
Use of domain names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include the The Jockey Club or any racecourse brand.
Use of Voucher Codes
The Jockey Club operates a strict voucher code usage policy in which affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been communicated through the Jockey Club affiliate programme (either directly or from the Affiliate Management Team).
Jockey Club reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes
Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may face suspension from the programme.
Use of Special Offers: The Jockey Club operates a special offer usage policy in which affiliates may only promote special offers that have been communicated through the Jockey Club affiliate programme (either directly or from the Affiliate Management Team).
Jockey Club reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised special offers are promoted.
Email Marketing Campaigns
Affiliates promoting The Jockey Club through email marketing must contact the Affiliate Team for sign off.
