2. Compliance with ShareASale Terms
All affiliates are required to adhere to the ShareASale Terms of Use, which govern the overall use of the ShareASale platform.
3. Promotional Methods
Affiliates must ensure all promotional methods are ethical and legal.
Use of misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
Spamming (unsolicited email, newsgroups postings, etc.) is forbidden.
Affiliates may not create websites or advertisements that mimic or resemble Redragon’s branding or website design.
4. Intellectual Property
Affiliates must respect intellectual property rights. Copying or replicating Redragon’s products or content without permission is prohibited.
Use of Redragon’s trademarks, logos, and branding must align with our brand guidelines.
5. Pay-Per-Sale Advertising
Affiliates are encouraged to engage in Pay-Per-Sale (PPS) advertising campaigns.
Commissions will be earned based on actual sales generated through the affiliate's unique tracking link.
It is important for affiliates to accurately represent Redragon’s products and offers in their PPS campaigns.
Any form of misleading representation in PPS advertising is strictly prohibited.
6. Coupon & Deal Sites
Affiliates must only use coupons and deals provided exclusively through the ShareASale platform.
7. Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Redragon in accordance with FTC guidelines.
8. Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not use content that is offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, politically sensitive, or otherwise controversial.
9. Termination
Violation of any terms in this agreement may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
10. Modification
Redragon reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time.
By participating in the Redragon Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
