2.1 Who we are. We are Life Tools VOF the main distributor for LifeVac in Europe.

3. COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES
DO NOT SAY:
1) Do not say LifeVac can be reused. LifeVac can only be used once.
(We send a free replacement in case of use in emergency to customer)
2) Do not say LifeVac is approved in Europe.

3) Don’t say LifeVac is proven to be 100% safe to use in a choking emergency.
(You can say LifeVac is 100% effective to date with no adverse effects)
WHAT YOU CAN SAY:
- Can say LifeVac is a certified EUDAMED class one medical device
2. Can say LifeVac works on any person 10kg or more.
3. Can reference clinical studies, but cannot use them in our messaging/copy
4. Any testimonials used regarding saves need to use an image of the actual person (best if used from our website https://lifevac.net/news/ or https://lifevac.eu)
** Relevant Branded terms (e.g. LifeVac)
Variations of the Branded Terms (i.e.: variations of branded terms examples (e.g. Lifevac, Life Vac, LifeVac anti-choking device, LifeVac suction device, LifeVac airway clearing device, etc.) are also NOT ALLOWED.
No building branded FB pages that have any of the branded terms in it.
No use of the advertiser's brand name in URL. NO Domains with LIFEVAC or LIFE-VAC allowed (e.g. www.lifevacreviews.com, www.lifevacfans.com, etc.)
•Any sales resulting from fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, unapproved promotional methods, or credit card fraud will result in immediate closure of your account and all affiliate commissions will be forfeit. Credit Card Fraud will be reported.

4. Traffic Sources
Brand:
Partners agree to present the brand(s) in the same manner the brand(s) they present themself(s).
Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
Paid Search Policy:
No partner should run a paid search campaign without written consent. Conversions will be denied.
Display:
Partners are allowed to run display campaigns.
Social Media:
Partners are allowed to run Social media campaigns. NOTE: It's not allowed to run campaigns under LifeVac brandname or in any way impersonate LifeVac on Social media.
Voucher Codes, Sales, Cashback and Offers:
We do not allow publishers of these traffic sources.
