Affiliates may not bid on or use the word ' Pretty Mama’ ‘ Pretty Mama’, derivatives, misspellings and any Pretty Mama-specific product names in any way to gain preferential listings on Search Engines, Directories or any other kind of online database. This is expressly forbidden and will result in the termination of an Affiliate's agreement with Pretty Mama.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Pretty Mama affiliate programme.
Pretty Mama reserves the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Natural Search
Pretty Mama are happy for affiliates to optimise their sites for the correct spelling of their brand terms. They would like to request that this is does not happen for misspells. This would include the use of misspelled terms in metatags, page titles and so on.
Domain Restrictions
1). Direct linking
Affiliates are not permitted to use any domains owned by Pretty Mama as their display URL without express written permission.
2). Affiliate-owned domains
Affiliates are permitted to use brand terms as a directory, e.g. www.affiliate.com/Pretty Mama
Affiliates are not permitted to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-Pretty Mama.
3). Landing pages
Any affiliate wishing to construct a landing page for Pretty Mama should first contact the account management team for pre-approval at Jenny_mcfadden@hotmail.co.uk
Promotion Restrictions
Any affiliate wishing to promote Pretty Mama by email marketing must first contact Jenny_mcfadden@hotmail.co.uk for pre-approval.
Offline public relations activities are expressly not permitted. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding offline promotions should contact Jenny_mcfadden@hotmail.co.uk
Any press where Pretty Mama is referenced must have involvement and full sign off from Pretty Mama. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding press opportunities should contact Jenny_mcfadden@hotmail.co.uk
Commission Structure
7% commission is currently paid out on all products.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate program interface without prior written permission. Out of date/redundant creative, links or using domains including the term ‘Pretty Mama’ or similar derivatives is expressly forbidden.
In order to allow for automatic updates to uploaded banners to take place, affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners.
