All partners must respond to emails in a timely manner and we would love to have monthly catchups on the performance of our programme and how we can improve things together.
Promotions:
Prior to publication, all marketing activities require approval from the Diem team.
Brand:
Partners pledge to represent the brand(s) consistently with the manner in which they present themselves. They will also exercise care in using current images, ad copy, and offers in their marketing efforts.
Paid Search Policy:
Partners must obtain written consent before running a paid search campaign using the brand(s) terms.
Comparison Shopping Services:
Written consent is mandatory for partners intending to run a CSS campaign using the brand(s) terms.
Display:
Running a display campaign using the brand(s) terms requires written consent from the brand.
Social Media:
No partner is allowed to run a social media campaign using the brand(s) terms without obtaining written consent.
Voucher Codes, Sales, and Offers:
Partners are permitted to promote only those voucher codes, sales, and offers communicated by the Diem team. Sales using voucher codes that have not been communicated by the Diem team will not be commissioned.
Lead Generation:
In cases of applicable Lead Generation, partners agree that leads must be qualified. Payments will be declined for leads that fall under categories such as spam, non-contactable after five attempts, duplicates, tests, and fraudulent.
Compliance:
Partners in regulated industries pledge to adhere to relevant regulations and ensure compliance in their marketing practices.
Refusal:
In instances where a breach is deemed severe by the brand(s) and, if available, in consultation with an independent third party, such as an Affiliate Network representative, partner commissions may be refused for transactions related to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable only on genuine transactions and leads. The brand(s) will validate transactions and leads to ascertain their authenticity.
