Branding Restrictions
Affiliates must follow MUJI brand guidelines. Please reach out for the latest copy. All affiliates must ensure that any MUJI logos and brand descriptions are up to date.
Affiliates must be responsible in their promotion of the MUJI brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting or bringing disrepute to our company and brand. All offers listed on partner sites must be kept up to date and in line with our own terms and conditions.
Creative Assets
Affiliates may not alter any of the creatives or text links available through the Affiliate program without prior written permission. To allow for automatic updates to uploaded banners to take place, affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners. If different creatives or links are needed, please contact MUJI.
Paid Search
Affiliates may not bid on any brand terms, brand + generic, misspells or any other variation of the brand including but not limited to: MUJI, muji.com, muji.eu. muji.co.uk, muji.fr, muji.de, muji.es, muji.it.
All affiliates must negative match all MUJI brand terms, misspells and variations.
Affiliates in breach of our terms may face the reversal of some (or all) pending pay-outs and other penalties including removal from the program.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the MUJI affiliate program directly. Affiliates are not allowed to display discount/voucher codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online affiliates. Knowingly promoting misleading, invalid or expired discount codes is not permitted. MUJI reserves the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Validations
Sales are validated maximum 67 days after the transaction date. This is to account for our shipping and return period, especially longer shipping period for large furniture. Cancelled or returned orders ware not valid. Orders in which a staff discount has been redeemed are not valid.
Commission is paid on validated sales (excluding delivery charges and VAT) that affiliates drive to our site. Commission is not paid on Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs with MUJI’s trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformulations contained in their domain. Embedding our website or content in an iframe is forbidden.
Affiliate Toolbars
Affiliates may not feature MUJI on toolbars without written permission for this specific method. Acceptance into the MUJI affiliate program does not automatically authorise toolbar traffic.
