Welcome to the SmartEdge Picks Affiliate Program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions (the "Terms") governing your participation in the SmartEdge Picks Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms, along with the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application through ShareASale. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to applications from websites that are inconsistent with our brand values or that feature objectionable content.
2. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes all advertising, marketing, privacy, and data protection laws.
3. Promotion and Advertising
Affiliates are encouraged to promote SmartEdge Picks using ethical marketing methods.
The use of misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited commercial email to promote SmartEdge Picks.
All promotional materials must accurately represent SmartEdge Picks services and offers.
4. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material provided by us (the "Licensed Materials") for the purpose of promoting our service.
You may not alter, modify, or change the Licensed Materials in any way.
5. Commission and Payment
Affiliates will receive a commission for valid sales made to customers who have clicked on the affiliate's unique referral link.
Payments will be made through the ShareASale platform, subject to their terms and policies.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartEdge Picks will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the Program.
8. Miscellaneous
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of SmartEdge Picks.
SmartEdge Picks may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
Agreement to the Terms
By joining the SmartEdge Picks Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website.
