3. Promote & earn — Share your link with your audience through your content channels. Every qualifying sale earns you a commission — it's that simple.
4. Get paid — Commissions are paid out monthly. Watch your balance grow.
Commissions & getting paid
Your earnings are based on Net Revenue — the total received by FAB CBD from qualifying purchases, after deductions for taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts. Commission rates are outlined in our Revenue Share Schedule, which may be updated at FAB CBD's discretion.
Commissions are earned on approved Qualifying Transactions — purchases made through your unique affiliate tracking link or approved promo code within the designated referral window. FAB CBD reserves the right to reverse commissions from fraudulent or invalid transactions.
Program guidelines
We want every partner to succeed — these guidelines protect your reputation, our brand, and our mutual audience.
**What you can do:**
- Promote FAB CBD products through your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, or other content channels using your approved affiliate link.
- Use all approved FAB CBD creative assets — logos, banners, images, and graphics — provided through the affiliate dashboard.
- Share your unique promo code with your audience to drive conversions.
- Create original content (videos, reviews, posts, stories) featuring FAB CBD products you own or have been approved to promote.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and honestly — your audience will respect you for it.
**Wellness claims:**
You may reference the following benefits when promoting FAB CBD products, provided you include the required disclaimer:
- Helps support a sense of calm for focus
- Helps support management of normal, everyday stresses
- Helps support recovery from exercise-induced inflammation
- Helps support healthy sleep cycles
Any use of the above claims must be followed by an asterisk (*) referencing this statement nearby:
"These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
Please do not use the following words or phrases in connection with any FAB CBD products: Therapeutic, Medicinal/Medical, Clinical, Diagnose, Prevent/Prevention, Treat/Cure, Ailments, 100% Natural, Inflammation (when not linked to exercise), any disease state, or any reference to products as a strain.
**FTC disclosure:**
Per FTC guidelines, always disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing links or promo codes. A simple line like "This post contains affiliate links — I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases" keeps everything above board and builds trust with your audience.
**Paid advertising:**
Running paid ads? Get written approval from us first before bidding on "FAB CBD" branded keywords, using our trademarks in ad copy, or running any paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or other paid media) that link directly to your affiliate URL.
**Promo code sharing:**
Please don't post your promo code on coupon or deal aggregator websites (e.g. RetailMeNot, Rakuten, Groupon). Your code is intended for your own audience — if it appears on a coupon site, it will be deactivated immediately and transactions for that period will not qualify for commissions.
**Content standards:**
Only use images, videos, and content you own or have explicit permission to use. Keep all promotional content accurate and up to date, and update or remove materials promptly if we ever request it. Do not alter, adapt, or reword any FAB CBD content without prior written consent.
**No spam:**
No spam emails, unsolicited DMs, or misleading messages. We want affiliates who build genuine relationships with their audience — not shortcuts that damage trust.
**Qualifying link requirements:**
All links to the FAB CBD website must be formatted as "sponsored" links using the rel="sponsored" tag in your HTML. Improperly formatted links may not be tracked and FAB CBD is not responsible for missed commissions due to formatting errors.
Terms of Agreement
- This Agreement is effective upon approval of your affiliate application and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FAB CBD.
- All FAB CBD branding, trademarks, logos, and creative materials remain the exclusive property of FAB CBD.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- FAB CBD reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
- FAB CBD monitors affiliate activity to ensure compliance and protect the integrity of the program.
- Any non-public information shared with you as part of this program is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.
- FAB CBD provides the program "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- FAB CBD's total liability shall not exceed the total revenue share paid to you in the 12 months prior to any claim.
- All claims against FAB CBD must be made within 120 days of the act or omission that forms the basis of the claim.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAB CBD from claims arising from your misconduct, content, or violations of these terms.
- FAB CBD may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
- This Agreement may not be assigned by the Affiliate without prior written consent from FAB CBD.
