As a participant in our Laced Hair LTK Commission program, you agree to the Program Terms & Policies. Laced Affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% of every sale. We reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for any sales that are made through SPAM sites.
After you complete the online application on the registration page, Refersion will automatically generate your unique referral link that you can access on your Laced Hair Ambassador My Account page dashboard. Links may be shortened solely by using the Bitly link shortener on the dashboard. Laced Inc. is not responsible for missed sales or commissions due to incorrect use of or incorrect shortening of the referral link. By submitting your application, you agree you have have read and agreed to the Program Terms & Policies.
Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Laced Hair Care also referred to as LHC ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the Company's Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Program Participation
1.1 Eligibility: Affiliate must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
1.2 Application: Affiliate must be affiliated through LTK.
1.3 Compliance: Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the promotion of the Company's products or services, including but not limited to those outlined in the ShareASale Terms of Use.
2. Program Restrictions
2.1 Prohibited Activities: Affiliate shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Violating any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or misappropriation of trade secrets.
Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
Engaging in deceptive or misleading advertising practices.
Promoting illegal or inappropriate content or activities.
Using unethical or fraudulent methods to drive traffic or sales.
2.2 Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Compliance: Affiliate shall comply with the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Compliance Tool provided by ShareASale, as outlined in the following resource: [link to resource].
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Commission Rates: Company shall pay Affiliate commissions based on the terms outlined in the Program agreement.
3.2 Commission Payment: Commissions shall be paid to Affiliate in accordance with LTK payment schedule specified in the Program agreement.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate Affiliate's participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or failure to meet performance criteria.
4.2 Termination by Affiliate: Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Company.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
5.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Company and Affiliate with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
