Advertising Materials:
Publisher shall use and distribute the Advertising Materials solely in the manner described in the IO and shall discontinue use of the Advertising Materials promptly after the termination of the IO or sooner if requested by Company.
The Company shall have the right to change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any element of the Advertising Materials, including but not limited to any tags, text, graphic or banner ad, subject to prior written notice to the Publisher. Publisher agrees to promptly implement any request from the Company to change or remove any Advertising Materials being used by Publisher.
Content created by Publisher
All content created by Publisher (“Publisher Content”), and which is posted on Publisher’s Sites on behalf of the Company must be approved by the Company prior to posting it. In addition, it shall include an advertising content label. The Company has the sole discretion to reject any Publisher Content.
