Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by Maanesten ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. To become an affiliate ("Affiliate"), you must complete the application process on our website/or awin platform and agree to these Terms.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, in its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Company's products or services in a lawful and ethical manner.
2.2. You will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or false advertising.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of any promotional content you create related to the Company's products or services.
2.4. You shall not bid on or use the search term "Maanesten" or any variations thereof, including misspellings or similar terms, on search engines such as Google or other search platforms, for the purpose of promoting Company's products or services. This includes but is not limited to paid search advertising, organic search engine optimization (SEO), and other search marketing tactics.
This addition ensures that affiliates are explicitly prohibited from using the specified search term "Maanesten" or its variations in their marketing efforts, thereby complying with your request.
3. Commission and Payments
3.1. The Company will pay commissions to Affiliates for qualifying sales or leads generated through their unique affiliate links.
3.2. Commissions are calculated based on the Company's commission structure, as specified on our website or in separate agreements with Affiliates.
3.3. Payments will be made on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold as determined by the Company.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates, payment schedules, or other terms of the Program at any time, with prior notice to Affiliates.
4. Tracking and Reporting
4.1. The Company will provide Affiliates with tracking links and reporting tools to monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions earned through Awins software.
4.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of tracking links and reporting data. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracies resulting from Affiliate error or technical issues beyond its control.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. The Company grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, limited license to use its trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Company's products or services as part of the Program.
5.2. Affiliates agree not to modify, reproduce, or distribute Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2. Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease using Company's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials and remove all affiliate links from their websites or platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2. The Company's total liability to Affiliates for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under the Program.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice to Affiliates. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided by the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
