By joining the QuickMeds Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure compliance with UK law, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
1. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an approved affiliate, you are authorized to promote QuickMeds using the official media pack provided. You must not modify these materials without prior written consent. All promotional activity must:
Promote the Service, not products: Focus on QuickMeds’ weight management services (consultations, medical support, lifestyle advice). Do not suggest QuickMeds offers or prescribes specific medications.
Avoid mention of Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs): You must not reference any POMs (e.g., Wegovy, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Saxenda, GLP-1s, or active ingredients) in text, hashtags, imagery, metadata, or account handles.
Use factual, non-misleading language: Do not imply guaranteed outcomes, fast results, or bypass of medical consultation.
Keep visuals professional: Content must reflect healthcare professionalism (consultations, healthy lifestyle). You must not use before/after photos, medical device imagery (pens, vials, packaging), or emojis.
Direct users responsibly: All links must go to QuickMeds service pages (consultations, support, weight management plans), not to POM details or specific treatment pages.
Market ethically: Do not create urgency, pressure, or target vulnerable groups. Avoid exploiting insecurities about body image or health.
2. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in the following:
Direct or indirect POM advertising
No mention of brand names, active ingredients, abbreviations, or euphemisms (e.g., “skinny jab”, “weight-loss pen”).
No imagery that implies medication use.
Account names, handles, or bios referencing POMs
Affiliate social media and websites must not use restricted terms in handles, usernames, bios, or page descriptions.
Misleading claims
No time-specific weight loss claims (e.g., “lose 1 stone in 2 weeks”).
No guaranteed results or claims of superior effectiveness.
Prohibited visuals
No packaging, pens, syringes, vials, or medical branding.
No before/after transformation imagery.
No suggestive body silhouettes or imagery ruled against by ASA.
Price comparisons
Do not compare QuickMeds’ services with competitors.
Do not suggest QuickMeds offers the “same services at lower cost.”
Targeting vulnerable groups
Do not target based on weight, health condition, or insecurities.
Do not encourage unhealthy behaviours or unsafe expectations.
Influencer use without disclosure
Influencers must disclose partnerships clearly and prominently (e.g., “#ad”, “Paid Partnership with QuickMeds”).
Influencers must not reference or imply POMs.

The MHRA, ASA, and GPhC Enforcement Notice (April 2025) on advertising weight-loss medications.
The CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising).
