1. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to Laura Bond’s brand guidelines, including proper use of logos, trademarks, and any promotional material provided by us.
Content must maintain the premium and elegant positioning of Laura Bond.
2. Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not promote our products through websites or materials that contain:
• Offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Illegal activities or violations of intellectual property rights.
• Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
3. Promotional Methods
Affiliates must not use spam emails or unsolicited messages to promote our products.
Affiliates may not bid on our brand name or variations thereof in paid search campaigns without prior approval.
Laura Bond does not work with coupon/discount sites unless this has been approved in advance. Pending transactions from coupon/discount sites will be declined.
Affiliates are not permitted to offer additional discounts or promotions without prior approval. Pending transactions that include additional discounts or promotions without prior approval will be declined.
Affiliates will be fully responsible for any costs related to maintaining or marketing their own Affiliate Programme including but not limited to costs associated with creation, hosting, modification, or improvements to the Affiliate's website; cost of internet marketing; offline marketing costs; postage; and all other costs and expenses.
4. Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping costs, and returns.
The specific commission rates are detailed in the affiliate agreement and subject to change with prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed monthly through AWIN.
Affiliates must ensure their payment details are up to date on the platform to avoid delays.
6. Reporting and Attribution
AWIN’s tracking and reporting systems are final and binding.
Affiliates will not be compensated for sales that cannot be tracked due to technical errors or user actions (e.g., clearing cookies).
7. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials provided remain the property of Laura Bond.
Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination and Removal
Laura Bond reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our discretion, including but not limited to breaches of these terms.
Affiliates who do not generate sales or engage in prohibited practices may be removed from the programme.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
Laura Bond is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by affiliates in promoting our products.
Affiliates agree to indemnify Laura Bond from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their activities.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all programme details, marketing strategies, and commission structures confidential.
11. Amendments to Terms
Laura Bond reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Cookie duration
Our standard cookie duration is 30 days. Conversions must occur within this window for the affiliate to receive a commission.
