1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program1.1. The Affiliate agrees to enroll in the PRYA Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by the Merchant. Enrollment is subject to approval by the Merchant.1.2. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.2. Exclusions2.1. The Affiliate agrees that the following types of websites or promotional methods are excluded from participation in the Program:Discount code websites.Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.3. Commission Structure3.1. The Affiliate shall receive a commission of 12%-20% of the net sale amount for each qualified sale generated through their unique affiliate link.3.2. The commission is based on a 15-day cookie window. This means that if a customer clicks on the Affiliate's unique affiliate link and makes a purchase within 15 days, the sale will be attributed to the Affiliate.4. Deduplication of Sales from PPC4.1. The Merchant shall deduplicate all sales generated through PPC advertising campaigns to ensure fair attribution of sales.5. Promotion Guidelines5.1. The Affiliate agrees to promote PRYA and its products in a professional and ethical manner.5.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of PRYA.5.3. The Affiliate shall not use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices to promote PRYA.6. Termination6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice to the other party.6.2. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotional activities related to PRYA and remove all affiliate links and materials.7. Miscellaneous7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
