This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Green-Beauty Co ("Merchant") and the Affiliate ("Affiliate") as of the Effective Date: [Insert Effective Date].
1. OVERVIEW

3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote Green-Beauty Co's products in a positive and professional manner.
3.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
3.3 The Affiliate will use the provided tracking links for accurate commission tracking.
3.4 The Affiliate will not bid on Green-Beauty Co's branded terms in pay-per-click advertising.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
4.1 The Affiliate will receive a commission on each sale generated through their unique tracking link.
4.2 Commission rates are subject to change at the discretion of Green-Beauty Co with prior notice to the Affiliate.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold as determined by Green-Beauty Co.
5.2 Payment will be made via the ShareAsale platform or other agreed-upon methods.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
6.1 This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause immediately upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Green-Beauty Co grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Green-Beauty Co's products.
7.2 The Affiliate shall not alter, modify, or misuse Green-Beauty Co's intellectual property.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
9.2 This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
