Windmill Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program. These terms are written in plain language, avoiding unnecessary legalese so they can be clearly understood and followed. Adherence to these terms ensures that the Windmill affiliate program remains sustainable and beneficial for both Windmill and our affiliates.
DEFINITIONS
As used below:
“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Windmill.
“You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate.
“Our website” refers to the Windmill website located at www.windmillair.com.
“Your website” refers to any websites that you link to our website.
“Program” refers to the Windmill Affiliate Program in the AWIN Network.
COMMISSIONS
The standard commission rate for affiliates in AWIN is 5% per sale unless otherwise agreed. Commission levels may vary depending on referral type (e.g., content site, coupon site, loyalty site), whether the customer is new or existing, and sales volume. Higher rates may be offered to top-performing affiliates or those driving incremental sales.

COUPON GUIDELINES
If you promote coupon codes, you must adhere to the following:
You may only advertise coupon codes provided to you directly through the AWIN network.
You may not promote coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate advertising, customer emails, paid search, or any other source.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program, reversal of sales, or reduction in commissions.
PPC GUIDELINES
If you run PPC advertising, you must follow these rules:
You may not bid on our trademarked terms (including misspellings or variations) on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other network.
You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g., “Windmill coupons”) without prior written permission.
You may not direct link to our website from any PPC ad, nor use redirects that yield the same result. Traffic must first go to your own site.
You may not use our URLs (e.g., windmillair.com, windmill.co, windmillair.co) as your display URL.
If you automate campaigns, you must exclude our trademarked terms. We strongly suggest adding them as negative keywords.

Violating PPC rules may result in past and current commissions being set to 0% without warning.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Affiliates may not use Windmill trademarks (or misspellings) in social media account names, handles, or page titles (e.g., “Windmill Fans Deals”).
Paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) may not use Windmill trademarks in ad copy, creative, or targeting keywords without prior written approval.
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any Windmill trademark or misspelling in your domain name is strictly prohibited. (e.g., www.windmill-coupons.com).
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
Affiliates may not create, publish, distribute, or print materials referencing Windmill without prior approval.
Email campaigns must follow these rules:
Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Emails must be sent on your behalf and must not imply they are official Windmill communications.
Do not use Windmill in the “From” line, subject line, or sender field.
All custom email creatives must be submitted for approval before sending.
FTC COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must comply with the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship anywhere you promote Windmill (e.g., blogs, videos, social media, emails).
Social media posts must include #ad or a similarly clear disclosure.
If you received products for free, you must disclose that in your review.
Disclosures must be clear, concise, and visible to your audience.
