- Our default commission level is 5%. Our commission payment is based on the net value after VAT and excludes delivery. Further note – we do not pay commission on any ‘Just Pay Postage’ promotions.
- Our default cookie has a set length of 30 days
- Our product feed is updated on a regular basis
- Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver seeds or plants to addresses within Northern Ireland or the EU.
- Regretfully, we are unable to deliver drop ship items to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands, and postcodes BT, GY, HS, IM, IV4-51, IV55-56, JE, KA27-28, KW15+, PH41-44, PO31-41, ZE
PPC Policy
Please be advised that D.T. Brown operate a strict PPC ban on any activity of ‘Brand Name Bidding’. Affiliates are requested not to bid on our brand name or derivations or misspellings thereof.

Furthermore, to avoid broad match issues, please do not include our brand name in your ad text or url text.
If affiliates are found to be bidding on any brand keywords and they don't include 'discount code' or 'voucher code', then we would request that the affiliate remove their ad.
Any affiliate found to be driving traffic from a PPC channel on restricted terms will be immediately suspended from our affiliate programme.
Voucher Code Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the D.T. Brown Affiliate Programme. This constitutes codes either supplied through our account and associated marketing material or codes agreed directly with the affiliate team at D.T. Brown seeds and plants.
We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
D.T. Brown seeds and plants reserves the right to withhold the payment of commissions if unauthorised codes are used within an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payments are made.
Affiliates will be contacted if found to be promoting unauthorised codes. Affiliate commission maybe set to zero if affiliates are found not be cooperating with the removal of unauthorised codes.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Content Use
Affiliates are permitted to use the content that we supply directly through our product data feeds, which includes both the supplied product copy and product images. We do not permit affiliates unlimited use of our main website content, whether copy or image related. Please ensure you check with us if you are unsure of what is approved and prohibited, prior to publishing on the internet.
